Office Manager
Stacey Kahill serves as the firm’s Office Manager and Paralegal, bringing extensive experience and a steady commitment to excellence since joining the firm in 2025. With more than seven years in the legal profession and a strong background in office administration, Stacey plays an important role in supporting the firm’s day-to-day operations and client service efforts. Guided by a genuine desire to help others, she approaches her work with professionalism, care, and close attention to detail. After spending many years in Atlanta, Georgia, Stacey now calls South Carolina’s beautiful Lowcountry home. Outside of the office, she enjoys the coastal lifestyle—spending time at the beach, reading, and taking long walks to relax and recharge.

Lisa Young
Senior Paralegal
A native of Long Island, New York, Lisa Young is a Senior Paralegal with more than 25 years of experience supporting clients in a wide range of legal matters including family law, personal injury, and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders. At MJA, Lisa focuses on assisting clients with claims arising under the Defense Base Act (DBA). Known for her strong communication skills and attention to detail, Lisa takes pride in building strong working relationships with clients while providing thoughtful, high-quality legal support. Lisa has several family members who have served in the United States Marine Corps and the New York City Fire Department. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from St. John’s University. Lisa resides in South Carolina where she enjoys sailing and traveling with her husband.

Ashley Allen
Paralegal
Ashley Allen brings more than 10 years of experience in litigation support and law firm operations. Drawing from her experience in family law, environmental actions, and personal injury matters, Ashley now assists clients with Defense Base Act (DBA) claims. Ashley understands that legal matters can feel overwhelming and is committed to providing clients with support and clear guidance throughout the legal process. She believes clients are best served through open communication, transparency, and trust. Ashley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Washington Tacoma and her Master’s degree in Legal Studies and Law Firm Administration from the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. A Washington State native, she now calls Savannah, Georgia home. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, interior design, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
